With the cooperation of our General Directorate and the Confederation of Turkish Employers’ Associations (TİSK); Animated video series have been prepared in order to reveal the causes of occupational accidents and to emphasize the measures that can be taken.
With the cooperation of our General Directorate and the Confederation of Turkish Employers’ Associations (TİSK); Animation video series were prepared for the most common occupational accidents in order to reveal the causes of occupational accidents in the construction, chemistry, textile, metal, mining and cement sectors and to emphasize the measures that can be taken.
The first video of the series, prepared with the support of our Construction Branch, focused on the construction industry and covered the subject of ‘falling from a height’, one of the leading occupational accident occurrences of the industry. In the scenario created by being inspired by the experienced work accidents, the occurrence of a fatal work accident caused by falling from a height and what can be done to prevent this accident are revealed.
We hope that this video, which touches on the most common type of fall in the construction industry, ‘falling from the floor edge’ and the importance of safely transporting building materials, will be beneficial and guiding for all industry parties.
